This time, we will introduce the super popular VTuber group "Hololive"!
By the way, do you know what a VTuber is?
It is a portmanteau of "virtual" and "Youtuber," and in simple terms it refers to someone who broadcasts and posts videos by linking their own facial expressions and movements to a character on the broadcast screen.
There are currently over 10,000 VTubers in total, and one agency that stands out amongst this fierce competition is Hololive, the VTuber agency we will introduce today!
Many figures have already been decided, and Good Smile Company and Kotobukiya are also working hard to create three-dimensional figures.
First up is Nendoroid.
This is Gawr Gura from Hololive ENGLISH.
Her current YouTube subscriber count is approaching 4 million, surpassing Kizuna AI, a pioneer in the VTuber world!
As you can tell from this costume, the character is based on a shark 🦈
By the way, the hood is removable!
Next up is figma.
This is Shiranui Flare, a third generation Hololive member!
As you can see, she's a tanned elf older sister character.
Elves and bows and arrows are a perfect match, and it makes you want to see them in all sorts of poses (*´艸`*)♡
It also comes with some smart glasses parts!
Next up is POP UP PARADE!
This is Usada Pekora, also a third generation Hololive member!
As you can see from the image, the character is based on a rabbit and is known for adding "peko" to the end of her sentences.
He has carrots hidden everywhere, in his hair, in his pockets, etc.
The tights are a great way to pair with the bunny outfit!
Next up is the scale figure!
This is Minato Aqua, a second-generation Hololive member!
There's a reason why this costume has a lot of frills compared to previous ones - it's a special costume for our 1st Live!
The dynamism of her hair and dress is also expressed to the fullest, making it seem as if she could come running towards you at any moment (*´艸`*)
By the way, she's not the only one performing live; in fact, all members of Hololive are active as idols!
It's completely different from when it was streamed and is super cool, so be sure to check it out!
Kotobukiya is currently hard at work on scale figures of the second generation Hololive members, so let's look forward to those as well!
