About inventory
Our store shares inventory between our physical store and multiple online stores. We do our best to update our inventory, but depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to provide the product you ordered. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding in advance.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns if the product is faulty or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.
In the above cases, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days. We will exchange the product as soon as possible.
If a replacement product is not available, we will refund the full amount charged at the time of your order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Returns due to customer convenience
- If the same product is in stock and exchange is possible
- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
- Opened or used products
- Products that have become dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession
- If you lose any accessories or parts
