The M24A2 is an improved version of the 7.62x51mm caliber bolt-action sniper rifle M24SWS.
It features an adjustable stock that improves the fit of the shooter. To improve responsiveness, the inner magazine has been changed to a detachable box magazine. A sound suppressor that covers the barrel is also standard equipment.
Another feature is the long rail "MARS" that extends from the receiver to the tip of the stock, allowing the clip-on night vision device required for nighttime sniping to be used in conjunction with a daytime scope.
This kit recreates the weapon in preparation for night battles. The PVS27 type night vision and M3 type scope can be mounted in tandem on the rail.
The bipod can be opened or closed. It can be bolt-action and the magazine is detachable.
