In 1962, Daihatsu released the final models of its three-wheeled trucks, the CM (1.5 ton capacity) and CO series (2 ton capacity).
On the exterior, the roof, which was previously a canvas canvas, has been replaced with a steel one, and the cabin is made entirely of steel.
In particular, the Daihatsu CO series, which had the most powerful 85 horsepower engine of any three-wheeled vehicle, was more maneuverable than other vehicles, and many of these cars continued to be used in mountainous areas for many years to come. Even after production ended in 1972, it is still one of the three-wheeled trucks with many enthusiasts.
