Little Armory [LD037] UGV Armed Robot System 1/12 [Plastic Model]

In contrast to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), unmanned ground vehicles are called "UGVs." The TALON robot for explosive ordnance disposal is well known, but in its lineage there is a prototype armed variation called the "MAARS" robot.

MAARS was given the capability to perform RSTA (reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition) missions on behalf of soldiers.
Equipped with a 7.62mm machine gun (450 rounds) and a 4-barreled grenade. Various sensors for monitoring, control and targeting. Sound collection and loudspeakers enable information gathering, warning and siren activation. Battery life is 8 to 12 hours.
Their capabilities are suited to a wide range of missions, including guarding outposts, providing fire support to infantry, and rushing ahead into danger zones.

The kit includes the UGV itself and a full set of operating equipment.
The turret is movable, allowing it to rotate and change its elevation and depression angles. The feeder is made of soft resin. The molding colors are reproduced in three colors: the track, the feeder, and the main body.
