From a normal dog state, the first form sees the skin on its face peel off into four pieces. The second form has a tongue extending from the center of its head and six legs and countless tentacles growing from its back. The third form sees all of the hair fall out and a creature's head grow from its torso. And the fourth form sees two giant arms growing from its back. This special model comes with over 25 interchangeable parts that allow you to recreate those impactful metamorphosis scenes.
