An experimental machine developed within the Earth Federation Forces by Dr. Krust Moses, who developed the EXAM system, after defecting there.
The EXAM system is installed in the head of the Ground Combat Type GM, and the rest of the unit uses the Ground Combat Type Gundam to match the performance of the aircraft.
The generator was also enlarged, and boasted outstanding performance at the time of its development.
