*Please note that the photos show pre-release samples and may differ from the final specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
*We strive to ensure that the photos accurately reflect the actual colors of the products, but due to differences in display settings and other factors, the colors may appear slightly different from the actual items.
*The doll body and outfit are packaged separately. The doll is designed to be dressed by the customer.
*Due to the nature of the materials used, the head and body may exhibit slight color variations between parts, as well as small foreign particles, fine scratches, and a slight sheen. These are not defects. Additionally, there may be slight color variations depending on the production period.
*Since the masks are hand-painted, there may be slight variations or irregularities in the makeup even on the same product, resulting in asymmetry between the left and right sides. This is not a defect.
*Since the hair is hand-planted and hand-cut, there may be slight variations even among items of the same product, and they may be asymmetrical. This is not a defect.
*Please note that the ruruko doll itself is made of PVC. Colors from the costume and accessories may transfer onto the doll. Please be careful.
*Please note that the costumes and accessories are delicately crafted with an emphasis on design. Please handle them with care.
*The ribbon on the bunny-ear headdress is made longer so you can style it as you like. When cutting it, please be careful not to fray the ends.
*Please note that costumes and accessories are handmade, so there may be slight variations between items. We appreciate your understanding.
*Please note that the paint on the main unit may peel off due to strong friction. Please be careful.
*Do not place in areas where high temperatures may occur. Doing so may cause the product to warp.
*The body parts are designed to be removable. Applying excessive force may cause damage. Please exercise caution when attaching or detaching the parts.
*This product contains small parts. To avoid the risk of accidental ingestion, never give this product to small children.
*Please inspect the contents immediately upon receipt of the item.
*Recommended for ages 15 and up.
*Note Regarding Dark-Colored Costumes and Molded Accessories
Although we have included warnings on the packaging and product information, please note that costumes made of dark-colored fabric and molded accessories with dark-colored paint may cause color transfer onto the PVC body and head due to high temperatures and humidity, as well as prolonged wear or friction.
Although we carefully select materials that are resistant to fading, due to the nature of the dyeing and coating processes, we cannot completely prevent fading from occurring.
Please note that the use of dark-colored fabrics and paint is a design feature; therefore, any color transfer to the base material resulting from this is not covered by our support services.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
*Guidelines for Wearing Shoes*
・For ruruko's "Pure Nemo Reflection Fully Articulated" body, depending on the production period, there are versions where the toes can be removed and versions where they cannot.
・Wearing socks makes it easier to remove your feet from the shoes if they slip off. (Some products do not include socks.)
・When wearing shoes that cover your toes—such as boots or high-top sneakers—without socks, please slip your feet out first before putting them on.
