Appears in the Kumen arc. The Blue AT, also known as the Snapping Turtle, is piloted by Epsilon, Kiriko's rival. A heavy-class amphibious AT. Includes a handheld HRAT-23 rocket launcher. Also includes the Swampy Crag, an auxiliary running gear attached to the legs of swamp warfare ATs. The double joints in the shoulders allow the arms to be pulled out for an "arm punch." The figure comes with a head with an interchangeable helmet.
